Medieval Elf?

This character was originally developed as a jester and can be performed both on stilts and on the ground. Later, the character became a holiday favourite (some people think it's a Christmas tree) and the jester hat was exchanged for an elf hat. There are dozens of jingle bells to make it an audible as well as a visual spectacle. I've used this character outdoors even in February!
