This site makes use of JavaScript enhanced menus and therefore requires a JavaScript enabled browser.
It also incorporates the use of frames to aid in speed of navigation.
This is normally not a problem if your are using a current up to date browser.
Alternatively a JavaScript "add on" program can be downloaded off the web.
The layout design and navigation scheme work best at a 1024 x 768 or higher screen resolution.
* Although this site is viewable in most newer browsers including Netscape 6+ and Opera 6+,
it was designed with the focus on compatibility with the most commonly used
and easily accessible browser which at present is Internet Explorer.

Golden's web site is best viewed on a preferred screen size of 1024 x 768 pixel resolution or higher.  If you can not use a larger screen size than 800 x 600 pixels then we recommend maximizing the browser window and to auto-hide the Windows task bar as well.

Internet Explorer: In order to get the maximum page layout, with minimal need for scrolling, you should make the following settings:
First, choose the View > Full Screen command.  Or simply, press the F11 key to switch full screen mode on or off.
Second, move the mouse to the remaining navigation tool bar at the top and select the Auto-Hide command using the right mouse button.  Reverse these steps to restore your screen to previous settings.

Mozilla 1.x / Netscape 7.x:  In order to get the maximum page layout, i.e. with minimal need for scrolling, you should make the following settings:
First, hide the navigation bar. The command is: View > Show/Hide > Navigation Toolbar
Then, hide the side bar. Command: View > Show/Hide > Sidebar.  Or simply, press the F9 key.
Finally, choose the View > Full Screen command.  Or simply, press the F11 key.

To change the resolution to 800 x 600 to 1024 x 768, right click on your desktop and choose properties from the pop up menu.  Once you reach the display properties dialog box, choose the settings tab on the top.  Change the resolution by clicking and dragging on the screen area pull switch.

The default screen font settings in your browser work best but if you need to change these settings to enlarge the font then we encourage only the smallest font size increases possible.

Should you experience any difficulty navigating or reading Golden's pages we certainly would appreciate your comments to the webmaster.

Whether you use Internet Explorer, Netscape or any other browser, it is generally always recommended that you use up to date versions.  Even if you have another browser preference, an up-to-date version of Internet Explorer is a free download from Microsoft and should do well as an alternative browser on your system.

If you care to report any broken links or problems with viewing these pages, or just want to comment, please feel free to email webmaster.
