Dan Stapleton has performed throughout the British Isles, Holland, Caribbean, United States (New Orleans), Ontario and Quebec. The band was at Ontario Place for 13 years, over 25 years in the Santa Claus Parade, numerous events for clients such as Canada’s Wonderland, Leons, Canadian National Exhibition, Granite Club, St. Patrick's Day Parade, Loblaws and Ed Mirvish (birthday party) to name a few.

The band features Dan Stapleton, the one and only tap dancing drummer, and ranges from 3 – 8 pieces; drums, tuba (bass), piano/accordion, banjo, trumpet, saxophone, clarinet, trombone plus female vocalist. Dixieland Express can perform stationary, strolling or marching. Their upbeat tempo has delighted audiences around the world including their recent performance at the duMaurier Jazz Festival, also known as the Downtown Toronto Jazz Festival. Smartly dressed in bright red vests, royal blue ties, crisp white shirts accented with black trousers, Dixieland Express are sure to bring a positive atmosphere to your event!
