For the past fourteen years, Von has played numerous
venues. He has performed everything from Top 40's hits,
to 50's & 60's music. In the world of tribute
performers, Von has emerged as one of the most sought
after artists. Von's uncanny resemblance to Elvis,
combined with his high-energy interactive show, leaves
the audience feeling that they have truly experience the
king himself. Von has been playing tribute to king of
rock n' roll since 1993 and in a very short time has won
numerous Elvis contest both in Canada and in the United
States. The one he is most proud of is his first place
finish as Canadian Grand Champion, in Collingwood
Ontario. He also earned a second place finish in
Memphis, the birthplace of Elvis. Von's talent is not
strictly dedicated to Elvis. He has many years of
entertainment experience with his own 50's & 60's and
swing band, "The Beale Street Band". In addition to many
television and radio appearances. Von has won the
admiration of fans worldwide, and has an established fan
club. Anthony Von always leaves the audience wanting
more. Local venues recently played include Planet
Hollywood, Sky dome, Stage West and Palais Royale to
name a few. |
